- Do not drink caffeine

- Do not consume alcoholic beverages and tobacco

Spicy foods increase the body temperature causing sleep disturbances and speed up the body's metabolic processes. Meanwhile, junk food food stimulates more brain waves that disrupt normal brain activity.
