Danger Can Appear If You Run The Jacket

Sekainow.com   Today many people have a hobby running in the morning or afternoon, not infrequently if you want to add sweat they usually wear a jacket so their bodies can sweat quickly, but whether running in a jacket can endanger health ?

When you run the heart work faster, This causes the body temperature increases so the body tends to sweat. When it happens the body cooling process is disrupted due to closed jacket, if not use the body jacket will quickly cool because blown by the wind, so the jacket even worsen the condition of the body, can even be fatal.

Then what are the following hazards in the following example :
  • Heat exhaution

Heat exhaution occurs due to someone underestimating the symptoms of heat cramps. Thus, the body exposed to heat for hours loses a lot of fluid due to excessive sweating. This condition causes the body fatigue, dizziness, weakness, low blood pressure, even unconscious.

  • Cramps due to heat

These muscle spasms occur because the body loses fluid and electrolytes in large amounts due to excessive production of sweat. Usually someone will experience heat cramps when doing heavy physical activity and in hot weather conditions.

  • Heat stroke

Heat stroke is a condition that occurs due to exposure to heat in a very long time, where the patient can not sweat enough to lower body temperature.

If not treated immediately, heat stroke can cause permanent damage, even death. Symptoms of heat stroke in between is the view start berkunang-pale, pale face, cold hands, until unconscious. When the body is deficient in fluid, the blood will become thick so that blood flow throughout the body becomes disturbed, including the heart to the brain.

  • Severe dehydration

We are all familiar with dehydration, but if you force a run on a jacket this will certainly trigger the body to lose more fluid. The most common symptoms when a person has severe dehydration are dizziness, fatigue, and even mental disorientation like a daze.

So do not think because you want to sweat quickly or because your style can get into trouble later on ..
