A personal trainer who helped Kim shape her body Gunnar Peterson points out, there are a number of regular exercises that Kim does in the morning and evening.

Gunnar said the routine that Kim did in the morning was walking on a treadmill and cardiovascular exercise. This makes the heart beat fast so lose fat and tighten the muscles to the maximum.
