Diet 8 Hours Per Day, Easy Way To Lose Weight !

A recent study says that WHEN you eat is more important than what you eat. The researchers found that mice who ate within 8 hours of the day turned out to have health benefits of maintaining weight, reducing the risk of diabetes and liver disease. The same benefits are not owned by rats who run other dietary methods.

The reason is simple, when you continue to eat, the body will be in "storage mode", food that goes into the body will be converted into food or fat reserves, which means you gain weight easily.

When you do not eat for long periods and limit the time to eat for only 8 hours, the body will soon use glucose into the body so energy and cell regeneration material, because the body knows that there will be a long time to get food source again.
