Cheese is very fitting when sown on a salad. However, cheese can be harmful to your health if too much is added to the salad. The salad you eat is no longer healthy, because the cheese contains saturated fat and very much sodium. Saturated fat is responsible for your bloated stomach, large thighs, and thick arms.

Half a glass of grated cheese alone consists of 18 grams of fat and 225 calories, pretty much is not it? Or alternatively, you can add cheese made from vegetable materials.

  • Certain types of meat

Adding animal protein in your salad is healthy and certainly makes the salad more enjoyable. However, you should take note of the types of animal protein foods you add. Like the menu chicken salad that is in the restaurant, most use pieces of fried chicken with a bandage flour. The technique of frying on chicken pieces can make unhealthy salad.

Most dressings just make your salad calories increase many times. For example, many people add mayonnaise or a thousand island sauce to the salad, whereas the calorie content in the sauce alone has reached about 100-200 calories per tablespoon. This is in contrast to the calorie content of salads that should be small. But if the dressing is not right, it will make unhealthy salad and calories in it soaring.
